These providers are contractually obligated to protect your data and may not use it for any purpose other than delivering our messages. We do not share your information with any other third parties.

4. Data Retention & Deletion

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account:

• Your account is soft-deleted (deactivated) and all communication consent is immediately withdrawn.
• All notification preferences are disabled and no further messages will be sent.
• Audit logs and consent records may be retained for a reasonable period to comply with legal obligations.
