1. Overview

RNG Water Company ("we," "us," "our") operates the RNG Water Alerts notification service to keep customers informed about water service interruptions, maintenance schedules, boil-water advisories, and other utility-related communications. By creating an account and opting in to notifications, you ("you," "your") agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Communication Channels

We may contact you through the following channels based on your preferences:

a. Email

By providing your email address and enabling email notifications, you consent to receive service-related emails from RNG Water Alerts. These emails may include water service interruptions, scheduled maintenance, boil-water advisories, billing reminders, and account notifications.

b. Text Messages (SMS)

By providing your phone number and opting in to SMS notifications, you expressly consent to receive autodialed text messages from RNG Water Alerts at the phone number you provide. You understand that:

• Message frequency varies based on water service events in your area.
• Message and data rates may apply. Consult your wireless carrier for details about your messaging plan.
• You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message, or by disabling SMS in your notification preferences.
• Reply HELP for assistance or contact us at the information below.
• SMS is not required to use the RNG Water Alerts service or to purchase any goods or services.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Compatible carriers include but are not limited to AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and Sprint. Service may not be available on all carriers.

c. Voice Calls

By providing your phone number and opting in to voice notifications, you expressly consent to receive automated and prerecorded voice calls from RNG Water Alerts at the phone number you provide. You understand that:

• Calls may be made using an automatic telephone dialing system or prerecorded voice technology.
• Call frequency varies based on water service events in your area.
• Standard call charges from your carrier may apply.
• You can opt out at any time by disabling voice notifications in your notification preferences.
• Voice calls are not required to use the RNG Water Alerts service or to purchase any goods or services.

3. Consent

By checking the "I have read and agree to the Terms & Conditions" box during registration and/or enabling notification channels in your preferences, you provide your prior express written consent (as defined by the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, 47 U.S.C. § 227, and its implementing regulations) to receive communications through the channels you select. This consent is not a condition of purchasing any property, goods, or services.

4. Opting Out

You may withdraw your consent and opt out of communications at any time through any of the following methods:

• SMS: Reply STOP to any text message you receive from us.
• Online: Log in to your account and disable channels in your Notification Preferences.
• Email: Contact us at the address below to request removal.
• Account Deletion: Deleting your account will immediately withdraw all communication consent.

Opt-out requests are processed immediately. You may still receive transactional messages related to your account security (e.g., password resets).

5. Data Usage & Privacy

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Your data may be shared with our service providers (e.g., Twilio for SMS/voice, Brevo for email) solely to facilitate message delivery. 6. Disclaimers

• Notifications are provided on an "as-is" basis. While we strive for timely delivery, we cannot guarantee that all messages will be delivered successfully or without delay.
• RNG Water Alerts supplements but does not replace official public safety notifications. In an emergency, always follow instructions from local authorities.
• We are not responsible for charges incurred from your wireless carrier for receiving messages or calls.
• We reserve the right to modify the frequency or content of notifications at any time.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. When we do, we will update the version number and effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the notification service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Material changes may require renewed consent.
